It’s great to get back to fitness – this programme allows your body to reconnect with  abdominal and pelvic floor friendly exercises.

Progress from this class to the intense exercise class, where you end up sweaty and worked!!!

The class is led by a trained physio with 25+ years experience in the industry.

Babies welcome – or come on your own if able.

Why should I join?

These classes are particularly suitable if you are:

  • 6 weeks postnatal, wanting to start exercising again.
  • recovering from a C-section ( 8 weeks onwards as long as your wound is healed)
  • aware that things don’t feel right “down there”.
  • recovering from a long or an assisted delivery!
  • suspecting you have abdominal separation or haven’t had your abdominals checked.
  • struggling with your pelvic floor.
  • suffering with a mild prolapse.
  • experiencing back pain or a niggle – that won’t go away.
  • not ready for intense exercise just yet.
  • wanting to meet other new mums.
  • still feeling that body tightness post pregnancy
  • unhappy with your “Jelly Belly” – your post pregnancy tummy.
  • wanting some ME time to focus on YOUR mind and BODY.
  • not sure which exercises you can start with.

What does a typical Mum and Baby Fit Pilates Class include:

  • Exercises to help you reconnect with your abdominals
  • Posture awareness – really important as starts immediately to turn on your abdominals and pelvic floor.
  • Strengthening exercises for the pelvic floor – to help you laugh without leaking.
  • Toning exercises – for the whole body.
  • Arm strengthening exercises – to help with daily tasks as a new mum.
  • Stretching / releases – to help alleviate any tightness or tension in this amazing new life.
  • Education about safe lifting – to prevent any back twinges looking after your new baby.
  • Information on integrating strengthening into your daily life.


  Terms and Conditions

  • All classes are 60 minutes long.
  • Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Classes must be paid in full and in advance of the course.
  • On attending the first class, no refund can be given for the cancellation of the term.
  • Classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.
  • There is no transferral of classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.
  • Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances out of your Instructor’s control eg poor weather conditions, sickness, but they will be rearranged.

You can join at any stage as soon as you are 6 weeks postnatal after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks post a c-section.

The class passes are available 6 weeks  – use within 8 weeks or




10 weeks use within 14 weeks.
