This week I want to work on a more intermittent to advanced core activation focus!
So today I’m sharing this as a video but instead of just doing the exercises focus on the movement, breathing and core connection.  This way you’ll get the best out of the exercise.
Also please modify if you cannot do the full range as it’s about technique, NOT range, that increases as control increases!
