Postnatal Pilates Classes

The Postnatal period is one of the most important times in a woman’s life.  Physically her body has undergone a tremendous change in a small space of time. Mentally and emotionally her life has turned upside down.  Using Pilates gently encourages the body to realign, strengthen and finally get your abdominals toned!!

Babies are very welcome in the postnatal class.  Please bring toys, blanket to lie on etc.
