Fab 50’s, Super 60’s

A modified Pilates class working on posture, balance, muscle toning.

A typical class will include:

  • A warm up moving the limbs and spine through YOUR available range of movement
  • Exercises in standing to strengthen weightbearing muscles and work your balance
  • Mat based exercises – so can get on and off floor (in your own time) and work your core and upper and lower limbs in different positions on mats.
  • Finishing off with some gentle stretches.

Mondays at 12pm and 1pm, generally term time.

These classes are really busy at present but occasionally spaces do open up.
